Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pb9 ("pb9", "the Company", "We", "Us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pb9.cam ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pb9 is an online casino and sports betting operator offering gaming services to players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. Our services include, but are not limited to, live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other sporting events), and related promotional activities.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pb9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pb9 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not located in, resident of, or a national of any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion or account suspension issued by pb9 or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by pb9 for violation of these Terms.

pb9 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including Malaysian city and postcode), email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying pb9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your contact details remain accurate and current to receive security and transactional notifications.

pb9 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Access to and use of the pb9 Platform is granted solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. By using the Platform, you agree that:

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed. pb9 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers.
• pb9 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold winnings, or suspend an Account where there is reasonable evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or exploitation of a system error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in your bet receipt are the odds that apply.
• pb9 reserves the right to apply maximum win limits per event, per day, or per market category. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

pb9 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at pb9's discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless pb9 specifies otherwise in writing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or bank account held in the same name as the registered pb9 Account.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pb9 will not transfer funds to accounts held by persons other than the registered Account holder.
• KYC documentation (government-issued photo ID and proof of address) must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• pb9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above a stated threshold, as a security and anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the standard timelines of the receiving financial institution. pb9 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours.

pb9 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pb9 accepts no responsibility.

pb9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10%–20%. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is capped, typically at between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap during a bonus period may result in voiding of the bonus and related winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Unused bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire after the period specified in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from bonus activation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: pb9 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, use of prohibited strategies, collusion, or violation of these Terms.

pb9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and pb9 actively supports measures to prevent problem gambling. In accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy, we make the following tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at any time from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which login and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, irrevocable suspension for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, no promotional material will be sent and all login attempts will be blocked.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net wagering position.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pb9 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraudulent, or criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other systematic approach designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing or facilitating a minor (under 21 years of age) to access your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's source code, design, or proprietary content.

All content on the pb9 Platform — including but not limited to the pb9 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pb9 or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pb9.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pb9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

pb9's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pb9 does not accept liability for losses arising from: third-party payment provider errors or delays; telecommunications or internet failures outside pb9's reasonable control; force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions; or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond pb9's control where pb9 has acted in good faith to rectify the error upon discovery.

pb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pb9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which pb9 operates. Any dispute not resolved through pb9's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

pb9 operates an internal complaints procedure. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact our support team in the first instance. pb9 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolving them within 14 business days where practicable.
